Lynne Ferris
Lynne grew up in a small Finnish island community of Sointula ,( fluent in Finnish and English ) and then moved to North Vancouver. She moved to Chilliwack with her husband in 1975 and they raised their 3 children in this beautiful valley surrounded by mountains, lakes and rivers. Along with her Finnish-Canadian roots Lynne also is proud of her First Nations heritage and enjoys all the beauty of this nature lover’s paradise she calls home. With over 30 years of award winning real estate service she has a vast knowledge of the industry and unyielding reputation and integrity recognized by her clients and peers.
Lynne has always had a vision for giving back to her community and others around the world so has been a part of fundraising campaigns as well as still being a regular contributor to charities such as Chilliwack Cyrus Centre for Youth, Covenant House Vancouver, BC Children’s Hospital, Union Gospel Mission, and Unicef just to name a few.

Jen Thomas
Born and raised in Chilliwack Jen and has built her life in her hometown with her husband and their two sons. Jen has a proud Aboriginal & Finnish heritage and has deep ties to the community. With nature at your door step Chilliwack has been the perfect place for her to enjoy many of her passions including hiking, fishing & being a dog mom!
Jen has over 7 years of Strata & Property Management which has garnered her vast knowledge and experience in the strata market and this experience has been pivotal in providing her clients with added confidence when buying or selling. Jen has worked in all facets of real estate beginning in new construction, single family homes, acreages and specialized leased land sales. Jen’s top priority is helping her clients feel supported, understood and at ease when deciding upon the purchase & sale of their home. Jen is a great listener and will take the time to understand her clients exact needs and will meet those challenges head ON. Her main priority is to have all clients feel respected and treated in a professional manner.
